"Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics Production and Operation" will come into force on January 1, 2022
On August 2, the General Administration issued the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics Production and Operation" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), which will take effect on January 1, 2022. The "Measures" make it clear that the cosmetics production license obtained before January 1, 2022 will continue to be valid within the validity period, and the cosmetics production conditions for children's skin care and eye skin care are not specially marked in the production license items of the production license. , the new version of the cosmetics production license should be replaced before July 1, 2022. From January 1, 2022, newly established enterprises only engaged in the preparation of cosmetic contents shall apply to the local provincial (autonomous region, municipality) regulatory department and obtain a cosmetic production license before production; for products before January 1, 2022 Enterprises engaged in formulating cosmetic contents shall obtain a cosmetic production license before January 1, 2023.

The "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Children's Cosmetics" will come into force on January 1, 2022
On October 8, the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Children's Cosmetics" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") was released, which is a normative document specially formulated for the supervision of children's cosmetics in my country. The "Regulations" clarified the legislative purpose, scope of application, definition of children's cosmetics, and the main responsibility of the registrant of children's cosmetics. The registrant filer carries out the production and operation activities of children's cosmetics. In addition to labelling requirements, other regulations on children's cosmetics will come into effect on January 1, 2022.
From May 1, 2022, children's cosmetics applying for registration or filing must be labeled and marked in accordance with the "Regulations"; children's cosmetics that have previously applied for registration or filing have not been labeled and marked in accordance with the "Regulations", cosmetics registrants , The filer should complete the update of the product label before May 1, 2023.
